Helen Kliewer
Helen is a second year majoring in Biochemistry! Outside of academics, Helen also helps with CWRU Planned Parenthood and in the Wilderness Society. Thank you, Helen, for all your amazing ideas and help during AFS! You're going to be an amazing formal chair!

Jessie DePalma + Avantika Khanna
Jessie is a second year majoring in Integrative Nutrition and Wellness. In her extracurriculars, she is the Anatomy Fashion Show chair and the co-artistic director for the Undivided competition team!

Avantika is a second year majoring in Cognitive Science with a minor in Sports Medicine. For extracurriculars, she is also involved in the American Sign Language club, mentors for Horizons, and researching concussion rehabilitation in the Ciccia Lab!

Amman Spencer
Amman is a second-year majoring in Nutritional Biochemistry and Metabolism and minoring in Bioethics and Medical Humanities! Outside of academia, Amman is a USG College of Arts and Science undergraduate representative, researches in the Agata Exners Lab, and volunteers at Cedar Wood Plaza Nursing Home! Thank you, Amman, for being the MOST effective tabler and your help during recruitment!

Sarah Faisal
This month, Sarah organized our annual lecture, A Tale of Two Pandemics, which was a great success! She is a second year majoring in Biology and minoring in Spanish and Public Health. Outside of PhiDE, Sarah is the secretary for COC, MSA Medical School Program Chair, an Orientation Leader, and volunteers at a hospice! Thank you, Sarah, for all your hard work and exemplifying PhiDE in all aspects of your life!

Durra Al-Assaad
Durra is the Event Coordinator for Programming and a second-year majoring in Neuroscience and minoring in Chemistry, Spanish, and Childhood Studies!! Outside of PhiDE, she is the fundraising chair for MSA, VP of Programing for MECA, researches glaucoma at UH, and volunteers at a senior citizen's home! Thank you Durra for helping plan the most fun brotherhood events ever!!!

APRIL 2021
Prateek Dullur and Max Liu
Prateek Dullur (’23) and Max Liu (’21) competed in the mock trial National Championship Tournament with @casemocktrial ! This dynamic duo is part of the most successful mock trial teams in CWRU history in records and awards! We are so proud of these two PhiDE members who helped their team make it to nationals for the first time in 10 years! Also a BIG shout out to Prateek who played a huge part in this recruitment cycle as a recruitment chair!

OCTOBER 2020
Pavani Nukala, Yusra Rafeeqi, and Laura Marsland
Pavani (journal club chair), Yusra (programming chair), and Laura (programming chair) have been nominated for their outstanding work ethic and dedication to PhiDE. They have gone above and beyond what was asked of them and demonstrated the motto of our fraternity, Fanta Non Verba - deeds not words!

SEPTEMBER 2020
Christina Gonzalez
Christina is a junior and has been a member of PhiDE since her freshman year. She is being recognized for the club she helped start, Students for Refugees! Christina is their VP of Engagement and has been working tirelessly to provide academic support for over 100 refugee children in the greater Cleveland area. Furthermore, she is also providing CWRU students, on- or off-campus, ways to meaningfully engage with the community. Her actions are an exemplary standard for our motto, Facta Non Verba.

FEBRUARY 2020
Lauren Obman and Dua’e Zaidi
Lauren is being recognized for her initiative during recruitment! Lauren was always there early to help set up and stayed late to help clean up! She is a very active and reliable member, who always goes above and beyond what is asked of her! Lauren is a Junior studying Nutritional Biochemistry, Metabolism and Communication Sciences. Lauren is also a member of Delta Gamma, Greek Games Committee, and the Inter-fraternity/Panhellic Council.
Dua’e is being recognized for her hard work as Gelfand Lecture and Programming Chair! Dua’e worked hard with Grace to organize Gelfand, in order for the event to run smoothly! Dua’e also introduced the physician speaker during Gelfand! No matter the task, Dua’e always gives 110%!
Both of you give so much to PhiDE and truly make our chapter better. Thank you both for being such amazing and valuable members!
